Does ConduLoop replace our ERP or CRM?
No. ConduLoop is the dealer engagement layer that sits on top of your ERP, ordering system, and CRM. It handles the dealer-facing side they leave out and integrates rather than competing.
Do dealers need to install an app?
No. The dealer portal works in any browser on any device, so dealers are one link away from their rankings, campaigns, resources, and parts.
Can we run multiple brands on one account?
Yes. ConduLoop has brand-level isolation, so each dealer sees only the brands they carry, with separate prices, resources, and campaigns per brand.
How long does it take to get started?
Weeks, not quarters. Onboarding imports your dealers, brands, products, and rankings, and turns on the modules you need.
Is there a CRM built in?
ConduLoop includes the CRM essentials for the dealer relationship: a record for every dealer, notes, messaging, tasks, and a full lead pipeline. For most wholesalers selling through dealers, that is enough to run without a separate CRM. It is not a full enterprise sales CRM, so a large internal sales team can use ConduLoop alongside one.
Can we start with a few modules and add more later?
Yes. Modules like stock listings, polls, and parts can be switched on as you grow, so you only pay for what you use.
